I just recently saw Sweeny Todd: Demon Barber of Fleet Street and The Tale of Sweeny Todd (1997).

The 1997 version is terrible. If you need a good nap, go right ahead and watch this one.

The 2007 version is fantastic. One of my favorite movies of all time. I thought it was interesting how, for the first time in my life, everyone in the theater laughed as a man got his throat cut . A must see for all.

Eastern Promises-8/10. Watch this movie, if not just for Viggo Mortensen fighting in the nude!

I saw Cloverfield today. It's not bad. Not amazing either, but it's entertaining. I'd give it like an 8.5/10.

i went to the midnight release of cloverfield. it was really good. i like how they didnt talk for like 30 minutes about where it came from and stuff. i really enjoyed how it just took off and you had to try to figure out the details. the whole camera perspective was dawn really good. very unique movie kinda. i dont know if you guys know but if you look off into the ocean in one of the "camera glitchy screens" you see a pod dropping something off in the ocean... 9/10

Yeah, I noticed something fall into the water when they're on the ferris wheel. Also you hear the words "It's still alive" played in reverse after the credits.

The camera work was good, but it isn't unique. It's straight from the Blair Witch Project.
