I would but some ass spoiled the ending . Not sure if I'll see it now...

that sucks... i feel really bad for you really cause knowing the ending you probably wont get the same expeirence i got.

i didnt mind its biggest flaw but some might... it does get a little religous i thought with God and such but that is really it.

Is the ending in the film the same as in the book? If so, I think I read the ending on Wikipedia. Is it still worth a look?

i dont know none if the people i went with really like it and neither did i. it IS worth paying to see but i dont know what about it i didnt like. i like the orignality of the book and it but i just dont know. 6.5/10

I am legend 6.5 to 7 out of 10

Sort of good, but a generic zombie story with little development.

I agree with some of what you said but Disagree with some major points as well. You connect with the CHARACTER. The second that more Characters come into the picture the movie falls apart(IMO of course). I was absolutely stunned by the first 75% of this movie it went so far beyond anything I expected and then they had to end it. For me it was a 7.5/10 just because the first 3/4 was amazing it had a feel of 28 Days Later but you felt for Will Smith. Smith knocked it out of the park here its just too bad it needed to be commercialized with a happy ending( From what I heard the book is different).

I saw rescue dawn and really liked it I was very surprised by Zahn but I thought Bale was miscast. 8.5/10 for creating a great atmosphere and some very likable characters.

I would definatly agree that the beginning to I am legend is great. I felt it got worse after "spoilers"














the dog died, then it just crashed.

well i have just completed whatching every die hard movie ever made in a span of about one week and i rank them like this - Die Hard, Die Hard 2, Live Free or Die Hard, and in last place Die Hard with a Vengence.

Now just about everyone of these are almost identical storyline and such but the first one is the best just cause... then the second had a nice twist that i enjoyed then the last 2 werent very good period. Live free just took it to far in unrealism sometimes and just wasnt has intnese and i thought vengence was just stupid.

and to reply to how you say when new characters enter i am legend it falls. i disagree ... at that point you are so far connected with will's character that when these new people enter you, like him, are wondering who they are and how they are alive.

Honestly I cannot stand Bale. I haven't seen a role that I've liked him in. I guess American Psycho he was good but he was terrible for batman as well.
Not sure if Rescue Dawn should have been 2+ hours they could have cut a lot of the stuff in the camp.
